Default Feb European Car - 944 Buyers Guide AND Project 951 update

Two articles in one mag, my we are blessed in the new year

The buyers guide has a history box, AND a Tuners Guide listing places like Speed Force, Anderson Motorworks (didnt they shut down?), and Rennbay (congrats Travis!).

Also listed, and this I didnt know, Invinca Sheild sells a kit for 944s and 951s/S2s. Invinca Shield is the company that makes the clear plastic stick on "bra" system. I think ill look into this down the road.

Ill post the invinca shield info in a thread of its own.

Anderson Motor Works is alive and well. Three race cars in their stable taking 1st through 3rd in most races they enter. Also they have a customer with a S2 that may go back to Stuggart for "most modified S2" in the states, it's an incredible machine.

I wonder why Dave wasnt so happy with his motor and service with Anderson Motor Works (Anderson Motorworks)? I just singed up for Rennlist, and thankful that I was informed about it.

This is an amazing story (link). I for one wont be sending my motor in for a rebuild.

Exclamation Invinca Shield

Brian,

Before you spend all that money on an Invinca Shield set of applique's, you might check into a spray-on product by SEM called Chip Guard. ~$15/can at auto paint supply shops, and should have plenty to cover all the relevant Porsche surfaces. Probably comes off easier than the OEM (what doesn't?) or Invinca Shield film.

I sprayed the front surfaces of my Bimmer with this stuff, and it still looks very good after a year. Gonna do my 951, too.
