Default Want to try again for a 944 model?

Revell has a survey section on their site. Want to flood them with 944 requests?

I think a bunch of individual responses will mean a lot more than just a single person using some type of flood technique.

I put my request in though

Mines in... Prior to my newest P Car, I was on a trip in Illinois and went in to a hobby shop with my oldest son and saw a large scale 1:8th maybe... Porsche 944 Turbo metal model.
The writing was entirely in German and they watned $400 for it. From what I could see (and read) on the package it came complete with everything to either build it is a turbo or NA.
NOW I FEEL LIKE A JACK *** FOR NOT BUYING IT!!!

It looks like they will be coming out with the Porsche 944 Turbo in 2005. This link may work:

That's the same link I posted. That is the European site for Revell. I checked the US site and there is no mention of a 944 on that site. I hope we can get it here, too.

"The front-wheel-drive 944 was admired for its integrated bumpers and very smooth bodywork that reduced aerodynamic drag."

Hahaha.

They might if they sell a lot of the 1:24 ones! I know I'll be buying at LEAST two of 'em. And I did send an e-mail about the obvious snafu regarding the FWD 944s (LOL!)

Odds are the 944 Turbo will be a rehash of the older Italeri kit. Still, one can hope! Has anyone else here seen a Revell-Germany 944S? Found one on Ebay last month and got severely outbid for it, which makes me wonder how rare it is.
