Educate me please. What do you mean "ATS" ? They just look like stock cookies, recently spray painted gold, 15 X 7's and 8's. ATS designate an aftermarket wheel?

I think ATS made the original OEM CC's. That's what mine say on the 83.

ATS is the brand that makes the cookies, like FUCHS. These have the ATS logo on the back with the Porsche part numbers casted in.

My 85 n/a originally had black cookies which I ditched in favor of 15" phone dials. I actually like the look of the cookies - kind of "classic" 944 looking, but when I bought the car the tires were crap and I had one shred (literally) on me shortly after. I found the phone dials with new Yokos on Ebay and was able to get 'em for under $300, so I originally was going to hang onto the cookies too for track rims, but I swapped 'em for some other things.

They're really not bad wheels - I really think that gold color looks like *** though. Black or silver (polished aluminum, no paint) ONLY for me if I were going to get cookies again. That gold looks like it belongs on a pimped-out low-ridin' red Cadillac with blacked-out windows and neon underneath. Ugh!
