autocross pictures from tobay beach (with a gt40!)
ok guys, i'm really tired tonight so it's only going to be a few pictures for now. i will update during the week as i sort through what i've got and decide what's rennlist worthy. when you take 514 shots and you have to post process each one, it takes a while! so here goes
EDIT: here's the link to the picture gallery. let me know what you guys think of this format for showing pics

yup, that's right, a gt40 showed up
and a shelby daytona coupe as well
and i thought these noses were nice. you can really see how similar the turbo nose is to the second generation rx7. the white 951 belongs to wormhole, one of our members here, and is quite a beast of a car

btw, if anyone wanted a larger copy of the noses picture, i had made a 1600x1067 (my camera is 3x2 not 4x3 ratio) for a friend.

Yes, they both are, but don't write off kit cars because of misconceptions they aren't as good as production cars. Many modern kit cars are wonderful examples and are a blast to drive!

So did I tell you what a great time I had at Jills cousins wedding in Cali? This season is toast. gotta grow a set before next season starts and put a giant X on the calendar for every event. this visit her 977 year old grandma during the july autocross, a friends surprise 40th the day of the august autocross, look at the 89NA my brother bought the day of the sept autocross.
this definitely was not my season for autocrossing. rant off. nice pics, too bad I wasnt there to see them in person like i should have been. oh did i tell you how much it cost to go to the damn wedding?
