I am using 1.5 in front and rear to adapt a set of 993 cup wheels to the 86.

I don't have any on hand but they fill out the fender wells nicely. The rears are spot on perfect but the fronts could use another 1/4" if you ask me.

I've got instructions and Porsche part-numbers for this on my 951 RacerX website.

I am using the bolt on hub-centric spacers. Spacers bolt to the hub and the wheels bolt to the spacers. I seem to like them better than running longer studs. What do you guys think of them?

I think that's the way to go. Spacers that large seem dangerous. Does anybody know of a cheap place to get 2 sets? My winter rims are late offset, and the car looks ridiculous with the wheels pinched in.

Hmm, I definately don't have enough cash to drop $300 US to bring my wheels out. I guess I'm going to live with my car looking funny =)

I called a guy called Junior at Motorsports Technology. To go from PDs to Boxster spilt spokes, I am using 2" front and 1.25" rear. That puts the outside edge of the tire 1/4" further out on both ends. My set of four, with hardware, hub and wheel centric, was slightly less than the above price. I can get the # if somebody needs it. Another Rennlister or two have used this guy.
