LOL, yeah, he was saying that he should have made his own mold because the stuff ends up being one-offs that end up being more than "one" offs.....

The other angle you wanted, I only have with it off the car, but hold tight, there's one of it on that I think might help.

Also, after he finished with the hand detail on the rear of the end plate (indention curve) it was already a little to late to change it but he had the idea of making the end plate an exact replica of the rear valance as it curves up the rear quarter panel, complete with the notched inner step and black finish on the step.
He'll probably sell this one and do another like that....

Uploading other picture.....stand by....

Here's another *on* the car, left side....

This one may give you the "flow" you were looking for.....

He's been on Rennlist a while (not much anymore) under the name 951and944S but since he gave me the S in my avatar, he's due a name change....

Says he's gonna make a rear bridge spoiler next.....

Thanks DAmian, I'll tell him...he asked me to post this in this thread that he had seen earlier but lost track of. I had remembered tifosiman being heavily involved in here so I PM'd him for the link.
My dad has followed some of the stuff you've done with interest and admires your creativity.....

87_944s,

I'm very impressed by what your dad did. Please tell him to keep on thinking up and making new products! He mentioned a while back about making side skirts like those on the 996 GT3...please do it! Or something similar to the 968 side skirts, but without the rear raised portion or "shark fin" that doesn't integrate well with the lines of our rear bumpers.

Great work!

I sure will remind him sm, after restoring 3 cars in a row as side projects, mine included, he gets bored between projects and that's when these ideas become finished products...

If he had'nt already bought all new factory sideskirts when redoing his own car he would have made them by now.....

Maybe he and Lead Foot could team up on those because he rathers to do things in one off's and Damian looks interested in making permanent molds....

Now whose did he restore again? LOL

Looks nice. Sorry I didn't make it today. Lights went out in the neighborhood. Got in one of the "3 restored" jobs to head your way and the battery was dead. No way to charge it with no lights in the house.................doh!
