The tiger hair will be spread over with some finish glaze.....And yes you are correct you want the smoothest finish possible....I decide on Tiger HAir only because thats what I have a bunck of laying around the shop...Just about anything works that can be cut, sanded, shaped, and hold its shape...MY friend used wood for his plug...ANd it turned out fine....The foam just does not leave a smooth finish at all....And its very weak for how thin and long it is...Another reason I decided on the tiger hair...I willl keep you guys posted....Back to the garage....
Oh and it seems I might just be removing the lower valance from my car tonight as it is going to storage this weekend..SO the pics of it on my car might not be possible right away....But pics of it taped to the valance will be...!

Cold Air.....
Today is a sad day...
I am as of now getting rid of my 944 and getting a 340horsepower all wheel drive twin turbo audi S4.
I won't be leaving though... So don't worry.

Here's a splitter option my dad just finished for his '87.....(thanks for the link to this thread tifosiman)
He started with a GT-Racing splitter, cut back the center like the 996 turbo Techart nose and added side wings (end caps) like the 993 RS Clubsport.

Here's a picture of his car with splitter mounted-

I have to see it from the front and side...But looks good so far, we were thinking about some side fins, but it just wouldn't look right on the n/A.....SO we left them out....

From the very front of the car, but standing back and low, and same for the side...So you can see the entire car with the chin spoiler to see how it flows...Thanx...

Here's one from the front left corner.
Just ignore the "discount for liic. hunters" sign , he shares a building with a guy that works on ATVs.....
