Well A respray in the same color will increase the value. A color change may in fact hurt the value.
That said a 89 951 with 96k (miles) should probably start at 12k USD. I would not let one go for less than 10k. Much of this depends on the interior condition. Dash cracks are normal. Value is higher without them, but they don't hurt the value since 90% of the cars out there have them. Only issue is if they are really bad.

Thanks anyways, but the reason I'm thinking of selling my 951 is due to the recent addition to my familly. If I get another 944, it would kind of defeat the purpose.
