Default TajMaGaraj on "My Classic Car"

The tv show "My Classic Car" did a shoot at the Taj that will be airing soon.
Our good buddy Eric got to take Dennis Gage for a drive in the 959. I think I hate him now.
There is 944 content here. In the first pic you can see the 951 cup car.

Pelican thread

i still cant believe John let sean mc manus, or anyone at all for that matter drive the 59 on the wet roads like that.. let alone be driven period. ive always heared how protective and paranoid he is about each car.

i bet he's having it fully detailed right now to get that mud and dirt off.. LOL

too cool, cant wait til it comes on tv

It's official. I now hate Eric. A beautiful fiancee and the experience of a lifetime driving a 959 in the wet and getting it muddy.

Looks like I will have to show up Sunday to the last autocross of the year and pummell him, since he was talking smack last week.

I'm glad to see that John and his collection are getting some well-deserved recognition.

Will someone please start an I Hate Eric thread. Like now. This is crap. He should owe each of the SW Ohio dudes one free ride in that bugger or we hide his body. He knows we are big fans of 959s. He knows I like graphite. He has to be breaking the Rennlist charter in some way.

I cant wait to see the tv show though. Let us know when it airs and I will tape it, rip it, and put it on the webbie. I want to be married and buried in the Taj Ma Garaj. I want to conceive my first-born there. JD might frown upon that but I cant help it.

Wow that 9-5-9 looks pretty hot out in the real world under natural sun. That paint joblooks a lot better than mine too so I hope when I get mine redone it looks that buttery.

I hope Eric isnt insured by State Auto either when hes in that thing. The "minimum insurance for minimum budgets" isnt really a great idea in a car worth more than all the organs in your body on the black market.

UD, it would be much appreciated it you ripped the show and put it online. Some of us have to steer clear of fancy cable TV and other of lifes luxuries just to have enough money to keep the cars on the road . I'd love to see the show though.

John is a good businesman that worked hard and now has the ability to collect and enjoy his passion--------Porsche. There are probably only two collections in the world that are larger than his. Jerry Seinfeld and Stuttgart.

It's nice having a place like that that is local to all of us SW guys. John has been a most gracious host to us for several gatherings in the past.

That's really cool that he opens his doors to all the Ohio guys. My wife says she wants to move out of the DC area. Hmm, Dayton. My mom would like that since she was born and raised in Cleveland (diehard Browns fan) and would probably still be there if she hadn't married my dad, who's from the DC area.

Did Mr. Dixon take any of his cars to the Rennsport Reunion?

He did, although I don't know which ones.

If you don't move here, you should at least consider coming here next year for the annual big Taj gathering, "Kreuzers". It will be in early June.

No, we just all know her well, she is one of our friends. I have photos, but I'm not gonna post them up here for DOM's consumption.
