last sunday (not two days ago...the sunday before that), I ordered a starter online...I had recieved an order confirmation email, but had yet seen the starter arrive...so I called up Paragon wondering what happened...the lady who answered the phone helped me the best she could, and was very polite. when she was unable to locate my tracking number, she passed me on to Chuck. Well, Chuck explained to me that it had yet to be shipped and my order got mixed up somehow and he would ship it out today. i then asked him if it was alright to add a Fuel Pressure Regulator to my order, and he gladly did, and told me it would arrive by Friday.
These two people at Paragon were all very nice, and very helpful. They have the best customer service I've EVER seen at a parts distributor. I didn't approach them with an angry attitude (I know things like this happen) and they treated me like I was the most important person out there.
Seriously people, if you don't order parts from Paragon, you should! Great job guys!
