Default Accident...totaled

I got my starter fixed, started up, just fine and dandy. I was heading towards school today, getting ready to pull out of my driveway, when I looked to the right, there was nothign coming. I look to the left, and there is a tractor trailer coming. No problem, I'll just wait for it to pass. So, it passes, and I look to the left, and I don't see anything...mainly because of the tractor trailer. So I pull out to go across teh road, and I get hit in the side by a Dodge Durango. The car is totalled, the entire passenger side is caved in, and I don't know what to do. Pictures will be up as soon as I can get them

Dude, no way. You always seem to be in rough situations with this car. Hope you're alright, how was the other driver? Hope everything works out..

Getting in an accident is the worst feeling in the world. Your totally numb because someone just wrecked one of the best cars you've ever driven. But good luck on fighting to see who's at fault. I tried it before with my 924. I was blamed for the accident, even though the lady was speeding, hit me from the rear quarter panel, she had no insurance (old card in her car), and she was driving on a suspended license, and I was put at fault. But I took it all the way. Two months later I goto the main corporate building for the insurance company to ask what had happened. They said the lady somehow disappeared. She left her car at the towing company (99 or so Honda Accord), her phone number doesn't work, her insurance was expired for 2 months, she had 3 previous accidents, the list goes on.. Eventually they never paided her off because she was nowhere to be found.

Oh, no!!! Man, I'm so sorry!

The good thing is that she protected you, and you are okay.

Man that sucks. I hope that you can maybe get away with a decent amount of money from the insurance company. Then you can buy a replacement, Porsche or otherwise.
