951 turbo part numbers
does anyone have the part numbers for the 90 degree hose
that is attached to the cutoff valve and air boot for a 1986 951?
i cannot find a number on it and it is starting to crack badly
and will soon fall apart.
does anyone know where i can purchase some of these pre-formed
hoses for this 951?
i have searched alot of online part stores but without part numbers
of some of these hoses it seems impossible.
i have looked in the factory manuals and it shows cutoff valve and hoses
but no numbers.
some of these hoses get baked under the hood of this car.
any help is greatly appreciated.
thank you,
rolf morrow

951 hose part numbers
sorry about that, i will try to be more specific.
the hose is approximately 3-4" x 3/4" diameter is connected
to the bypass air valve,(also known as boost/cutoff valve ,at least what i have heard it called ) which is attached to the large air boot
after the air flow sensor.
also hoses that are connected to the charging air guide pipe
are old, i have factory manuals with good pictures but no part numbers
for the pre-formed hoses.
it makes it difficult to order and replace.
thanks,
rolf morrow

thank you Rob, i have been looking for a diagram, picture, charcoal sketch,i didn't care.
the parts numbers included are more than i expected, i know i may sound like a geek,
but i love my 951 and it really helps to have the right information when trying to keep it running
great. the rennlist has helped me again and with extreme speed.
i really appreciate your help.
thank you,

2tight,
i didn't think there were any locals on this 951 list, i rarely see any on the road on 80 or 50.
looks like #23 on your diagram, where can i get a book or download
that has all of those including part numbers? i have a parts and technical reference catalog,
which has a lot of information, but not what both you and rob both attached to this post.
thanks,
rolf morrow

Rolf,
There's not too many local 951'ers who post frequently but I link up with at least 3 others in town. We had a great run last weekend, seven cars, on the Wentworth Springs/Ice House Loop. Where are you in town? From your sig it looks like we have the same taste in cars! As far as the parts drawings go, shoot me an email and I'll explain why it's best not discuss that program on the forums.
BTW, I'm in Elk Grove.
