I'm meeting up with Tifo at his place at 7am. We should be rolling in around 8'ish.
If I lose my splitter in that construction I'm sueing someone.
I have a batwing coming via UPS (thanks Nocturnal_Breed) but it won't arrive until Monday. Doh!!!

When you are in a catatonic fog from a night-long marathon of jello shots and strip Pictionary, sometimes paranoia sets in and you begin to think the sun is burning out and that you're sealed beams are acting as an effective daylight offset so no one in town notices the world is ending.

I'm ready. I hope the dust and dirt from the construction site cover up my old paint. Then I might get a second look from people. At the very least, since I will be parked next to Pete's car I might get a few sideways glances as people walk towards his. I hope they don't bang their shins on my tow-eye.
Anyway, you guys missed a great time on the cruise yesterday. Here are a couple of pics. TJ and Dan got a lot more that are better. Hopefully they will share. As a side note, I drove 400miles yesterday and only used 13gallons of fuel. That's better than 30miles per gallon, and a lot of that was "spirited" driving. Amazing.

Pete even walked away with a prize, but I've asked for a recount because of those hanging chads.
How far are people willing to travel for a Rennfest anyway? How about where the money is colourful and the beer is stronger? :-)
Take care and happy driving,
