i saw a SL 55 that looked just liek that one on the way home form milwaukee yesterday. its sounded so cool on the freeway. supercharged V8 right? i know it says kompressor on the side... awesome car.

Dan, please give us more details about the Guards Red Turbo! Is it a 1988 Turbo S or a 1989 Turbo? How many miles? Did it win honors? It is beautiful!

Looking at the wheels, I'd say it is a turbo-s.

They are definitely the Club Sport wheels, but they came on both the Turbo S and the 1989 Turbo.

Guys, IIRC that was an 88 TS, tan inside.. and flawless! Let me see if I have any other pics of her.. Cars like that, while stunning, are somewhat depressing because it is obvious the car has never been really enjoyed. Either that or someone spent 1000 hrs buffing and cleaning instead of driving!
