Does anyone know the type of car that Bill Drove in Kill Bill, Vol 2? It looks like a 70's supercar, like a DeTomaso (not a Pantera)?

you know i had never watched risky business before, and the other nite i watched it....the 928 poster and the 928 that tom cruise puts into lake michigan...LMAO! He goes to the dealership to get the car fixed and there is a 944 poster up on the wall next to the audi sign.

I have watched an intersection bit (the armored car "chase" scene, prior to it's dissappearance) several times (10 to be exact, I love digital movies) and I have concluded it's an RX-7 II and NOT a 924S in the intersection.

Ahh, there's a game for ya- 924S sightings in movies. I'll guess there's uh.. none.

Yes, it was a DeTomaso Mangusta. I don't always enjoy Tarantino's movies, but his use of visual elements is impeccable. In this case, if one were to characterize people by the car they drive, then that rare, brutal, skulking, time-honored machine is the perfect personification of Bill. I have never seen a more perfect placement of a car in a movie in such a way.

I was watching Police Videos on Spike TV last night and the cops were chasing some morons on the interstate and tried to spin them out, they went up an embankment and almost creamed a car sitting on the shoulder. I'm pretty sure it was a 928, but the scene was blurry and too fast to be sure.

I saw that too Brett. It definately was a beautiful 928. Looked like an early 90's one. They replayed that scene twice and it definately was an awesome 928. Made me want to kill those retards. They almost hit a parked 928 at over 80 MPH. They could have killed the Porsche owners.
