Default How do you put BACK the rear Quarter window???

Just while the search function isn't working for me, can anyone help? Has anyone put these damned things BACK???

It was hard enough to get it to pop out.. how the hell does it go back in? There's got to be a secret. Don't tell me it just pops back in cuz I don't believe it!

Thanks in advance
Rich

Use small rope, run around inside of gasket, one person on outside hold window appying light pressure inward, another person on the inside pull the rope allowing the gasket to seperate up and over the window frame.

Another tip I discovered by trial and error--When you use the rope trick, and you get the gasket to pop back in, it doesn't pop all the way back. As long as it's mostly in, you can force the gasket back over the trim with your hand, carefully. Pull the gasket back into place on the outside of the window too, making sure the outside seal is lined up correctly.

Close line rope seems to work best. I used a little WD-40 to make the rope easier to pull out once wedged in between the window gasket and frame.

Good luck
