Default you guys wont beleive the car i played with today (with pics)

my dad works for wrigley gum company. hes a pilot/mechanic on the plane Bill Wrigley uses to goto werever the heck it is hes always going. but anyway Wrigley went on a trip somewere and he came and left ONE of his many in his collection sitting in the hanger so I went and checked it out.

the engine tone is AMAZING. that vantage V12 has the same high sound the ferrari's have. it revs down about as fast as it revs up. man i only wish.....

it has only 1970 miles on it. i thoguht it was cool how when you open or close the door the window moves down slightly to come out of the seal around it then when you close the door the window comes right back up into the seal. You can tell that the entire interior is made from hand. like some person stitched every part ofthe seats and cut out the guage trim and everything. the car is stamped with a number from the factory which is very low i must say but i was told not to give out that much info.

I drove one of these cars about 4 months ago during work. It was either this car or a ferrari, but I went ahead and took this car instead. The exhaust from this car is to die for, great tone, and rumble to it. Plus did I mention it has that head snapping acceleration.

If I had money I would absolutely buy an Aston Martin Vanquish right away. Dead sexy machine.

I just noticed the brake calipers look strangely familiar.

Astons are gorgeous

And just FYI... Even a Chevys do that window thing... I cant think of the one... Its not a Prowler, its that other freaking ugly one, comes in a ragtop too... Damnit. But yeah, it does the window seal thing too IIRC.

BMW z4 does that window thing too.

I wish there was even like a single Aston Martin even at a dealer in RI.. We are just too poor I guess....

Guess I gotta move to west coast.

ferrari 360 modenas do it too, I worked on one at work, also on the Aston, notice that it is a kit car, and try to find all of the things they used off other cars, my favorite is they use miata door handles... so random!

Miata door handles arrgh. guess that makes your 944 a super kit car, or is it a rabbit on stearoids.

VW door handles, rabbit transmission, vw switches & controls, who is it again that makes those super supportive seats? Actually your 944 is more of a kit car than the Aston. At least Ford owns Mazda and Aston, and with their giant parts bin I wouldn't say the choice of door handles was exactly random. What other mazda parts did they sneak in there?

Isn't a kit car a car make with components from other manufacturers? Yep your 944 is definitely a kit car, unless VW owned porsche.
