Yup. Sealed is what I mean. What I am after is sonic accuracy and to tune the sub in seamlessly with the other components in the system.

I have had an 8 inch bazooka tube for years and u can get the super low bass outta that sucker no problem with and amp with a sub crossover..if you get an amp with a built in crossover u can adjust the levels in which ur sub can kick...I have had this amp since my 99' frontier so that like 5 or 6 years and this thing gets awesome bass with the proper amp

i have plans to turn out a few of these for sale, unifished or covered, and will try to keep them under the $100 range. The corners are all rounded and the 8" sub cutout is recessed for a cleaner look.
