Default Fuel pressure regulator replacement on an S2?

I just found out that my FPR is going bad, which of course has been causing me loads of problems lately. But in any case, I did some searching around the site and found that on the S2 the entire fuel rail must be removed to replace the unit.

Is this correct? If so, for a novice mechanic should I undertake this effort? I'm a bit weary about working with the fuel system as you can imagine. Remember I am the same person who took 8 hours to complete one side of a ball joint replacement!

It should take about 10mins to replace...

It only has 2 bolts holding it on if my memory serves me right.......
You will get a bit of fuel to dribble out but thats not a problem.......

Cheers

Larry - thanks for the answer. I'll get on the phone with Paragon as soon as they open this morning. My car is driving me nuts with it's intermittent sputtering and hesitating!
