anyone parting a 944.......
Instead of contacting all of you individually..
I need alot of things, but do you have ..
The Alarm lock unit WITH A KEY ???????
If I could find a key blank, I would just go to a locksmith, but figure just swap out the whole thing.

Pull the lock and go to a locksmith. I have a key if you need one. You could have the tumblerss changed to fit the key. BTW, I assume you're talking about the key switch just behind the drivers door.

Yeah, that will work, but I figured it would be easier with a second one than removing it in a parking lot... Once removed, the car won't start.. correct ??

Don, its just a swith, right? Test the switch to see if it's got continuity when it's armed or unarmed. If the circuit is open unarmed, just leave the wires disconnected. Or jump the wires if the circuit is closed when the alarm is disarmed.
