Well, 2 weekends in a row of over 500 miles driving. My arss is sooo sore!!!

It was a good time and great seeing all you guys again. I appreciated feeling welcome and so did my brother. Wade's a great host. I won't rehash all of the stories, I'll let my pictures speak for themself... besides others will tell them better than I anyway.

Wade - I appreciated talking to you in your car on the way to the store, about our siblings and so on. Nice to no I'm not the only one. It's not been cool between us for a long time and this weekend at your place was a good start for us. I appreciate the opportunity. Carter thought you were cool as heck and you remind us both of a guy we use to hang out with when we were kids who was also cool as heck and most importantly would buy Carter & I beer whenever we wanted.

Here's a couple "glamour" shots of the boys (as my brother and I called them this weekend). These pics are infront of his house BTW before we hit the road.













It's nice to know that I'm not the only one in the family with an OCD towards cleaning my car :-)

Here we stopped and filled up before the trip and Carter saw an old (psycho) girlfriend at the cas station, so we left quickly. He's kind of a playboy!!!


A nice shot of him in the mirror. I had the V1 (his didn't get shipped in time to take with us) so I was in the front.


Here's a plane that was crop spraying and it flew over the road and close enough to our cars that I could have spit on it. Kinda cool eh'


Pit stop in Toledo after picking up Dan87951. I called this one "hey right nut... you know the rest" :-) My brother didn't think it was funny!

And the reason why 4 lanes where merged down to 2 and we wasted 2 hours sitting (edit - don't know where 2 hours came from, I'm tired. It was only about half an hour).



And what it hit... fortunately there were no ambulances around so it didn't look like anybody got hurt


And finally we made it to Wade's. Here's what we pulled into.

Said in Pete's voice "I don't see any naked chicks, but I do see a wastegate that needs to be replaced with a sweeeet Tial from SFR".

Chirs says, "If I can't have Dan's car, I'll takes these..."



The official removal of the stock wastegate begins (back of Andy's head and Pete doing the gruntin')


Then supervisor Dan shows up and starts instructing the work (said in Dan's voice) "Ok, Pete you hold the wrench and Dan (xsboost) you start hittin' that thing with the hammer"


Chris & Sam Grant take a moment to pause for the camera (watch out for your ***** Sammie)


It's tough to watch Chris work on his car... Dan & Sam cope by drinking alcohol :-)


After hours and hours of hacking, hitting, banging and countless turns under the car by nearly everybody there (except me) the old stock wastegate is out

Well I left my camara at Wades... Stupid me!! Anyways had an awesome time Wade and Leah, your place rocks, thanks for the good memories..
Nice meeting everyone again from the fest. Next time you Ohio people are gonna have to come to Michigan for a GTG.

Andy discovers the FLUX CAPICITOR that is hiddin' in all 951 wastegates, from the factory


Said in Dan's (xsboost's voice) "Let's see, this seems simple enough... this goes here, lines up like that"


Said in Dan's voice, "I've been told that if you put this up to your ear, you can hear the Autobahn" Andy says, "I'll try it"


The wastegate says to the pipe "what are they going to do with me?" Pipe says to the wastegate "we all get recycled... you'll be reborn into a new Porsche". Wastegate says "ahhhh I'm ready now... beam me up Scotty"

Since Chris' car breaks down so much, he could only afford half of a Rennlist membership, so John D. said "I'll send you the other half when you send the rest of the money"

Wade, Pete, Dan & I went to the store to grab some steaks and burgers and Dan walks behind the meat counter (as no one was around) and grabs these stickers so we can put them on Chris' car...
