I'm coming home, baby! Well, two hours or so from "home" - but still pretty darn close!

Assignment night was tonight, and I managed to pick up my very first choice, a C-21 to Wright-Patterson AFB, DAYTON OHIO!

You better believe we'll be seeing some more of this action in a few months! I'm so stoked!

All of you numskulls are freezing your *** off in that photo. It looks like all of you are enjoying yourself and the weather but everybody has their hands in their pocket. A dead giveaway that it was as cold as *** out and you wanted inside somewhere.

Is that yellow 930 that Pete guys car. I think he moved away for school or something. I saw that car at Taj in 2003. That thing has the same engine in it as the Lear.

Right on all counts. It was cold as a witches...you know. That meet was late in 2002 I think.
That was Pete's 930. I think it was powered by a space shuttle SRB.

Yes, the Turbo quest is now going to be on hold for two reasons:

1. An engagement ring issue is currently being worked

2. The car I wanted was the Kalahari one in Oregon that was sold.

I enjoyed the 8.5 hour drive to MS (and additional 4.5 hours to LA) last week, but the two hour drive to Dayton will be a hell of a lot easier.
We're gonna have some great times next summer.
