Exclamation 1991 944S2 Cab for sale *New price!*

NEW PRICE-$8,500!

Car is located in Hawaii, however, I will assist in shipping if anyone from mainland is interested. Shipping to Oakland or Long beach is around $950.
Its alpine white with black top, black leather interior. As you can see from the photos, interior is in great condition. No rips, no tears, no cracks on seats as well as dash.

Basic information.
112K miles.
Clean carfax, clear title. All power features including windows, seats, mirrors, convertible top, trunk release works.
Car idle and revs smooth, transmission shifts smooth in every gear.
I have owner’s manual, leather case, tool sets in a bag, jack, spare tire, and a compressor. I also have boot cover with case. Rear window is free of any scratches, and top is in good condition. (Minor scuff ? marks on two places)
Bridgestone tires have about 80-90% tread left. It has alpine deck, alpine CD changer, and an amp running all 4 speakers.
Outside looks great except for few minor dings which is expected from normal driving.

Timing belt, Balance shaft belt, water pump, tension rollers, belt roller, spark plug wires, cam shaft end plugs, valve cover gasket, and all other associated seals/gaskets were replaced about 4000miles ago. (Professionally done by Porsche shop, I have receipt to prove it. Over $2200 job)
Leaky water valve was also replaced about the same time (again, with receipt of over $160)

In the last 2-3weeks, cam chain tensioner (not just the pad but the entire unit) was replaced, hood shocks were replaced, plastic glove box supports were replaced with metal pieces, valve cover was sandblasted and repainted with silver with red lettering. (again, have receipt for all of the above)

Now for the bad part.
1.A/C is not working. Previous owner told me that he was thinking about converting to R-134, so he replaced condensor and a line. (have receipt totaling over $600) He was waiting for another a/c line to arrive, but thats when he lost interest in the car and decided to sell.

2.Rear speaker may need to be replaced.

3.Clock in dash is not working. However, clock in alpine deck works.

Again, car is located in Hawaii. I prefer local sale, but will assist in shipping if anyone from mainland is interested in buying it.
I’ll also include fuel filter, air filter, and 2 oil filters. (Mahle brand)

So basically, its an excellent running/looking car except for A/C.

New price-$8,500. No trades please. If you are interested, please PM me your offer. I’m willing to listen to reasonable offers.
Thanks for looking.

I wish my car could swim....

Well, according to shipmyvehicle.com, its $952. Or, with Matson, its $959. Both of these quotes are for Oakland, or Los Angeles.

Thanks, and let me know if you are interested.

How's rust? In the normal places to look and especially in the non-normal places to look? I'm not interested in buying. But I remember that while visiting Hawaii that an islander told me that rust is a huge issue with vehicles there because its an island surrounded by salt water. A lot of salt in the air. You have to wash your car constantly and most people have to replace cars every 5-6 years at the longest. Salt air is a killer. We mainlanders don't have the same kinda issues in that area.

Just a thought for anyone purchasing...

As far as I know, there are no rust to be found on my Porsche. Replace cars every 5-6 years? I don't think so.... It all depends where car is parked, how its been taken care of, etc... My 91 Lexus is also rust free car.

Also, I think Porsche used galvanized body which helps fight against rust.
