Question Uh oh....Vacuum leak? starter bolt?

Not really much evidence for this one, except I was cruising down C-470 the other day at 70 MPH, and I take a look at my fuel economy gauge, and it's bouncing all over the freaking place, and finally rested at 60 MPG for about 10 seconds, then started bouncing around again...that and I"m running rich, which from what I understand, had I a vacuum leak, I'd be runnin lean...

On a side note, does ANYONE know the size of the bolt that holds the starter in position? It is the one on the drivers side of the car, that also happens to be grounded...yet my car is missing this bolt, and for fear of electrical problems I REALLY WANT THIS FIXED! Not to mention, I think my starter is gonna fall out, which would be a BAD thing....

It's an M12 x 1.75mm x 50-60 (not really sure but it's in that range). I can get you an exact number when I get home if you can wait that long (about 3 hours).

M12 x 50 for the longer bolt and M12 x 35 for the shorter one.
