so what do you do when you strip that cam sprocket bolt

I dont get it...A new metal bit should have rammed right through that thing in a minute. Is it on reverse? Not to sound like an Ahole...

hah no i just have a crap load of bad bits and the hardware store was closed today so ive slowly been giving it about 10 minute trys all day on and off.

Holy god man, get down to the local hardware store and spend a couple bucks on a HSS 3/8" drill bit, or sharpen yours using a smooth flat file. Drill using a slow speed, and you should be thru the head in less than a minute! You only have to drill into the head about a 1/4" deep. Your not drilling clear to China are ya? Love to see a pic of what this looks like when its done.
