Rear wiper blade 944 S2
I have bought two wiper blades for the rear of my 1991 944S2 that claim to fit but I can’t get them to work and they seem different. I have a posted a picture of my current, worn out blade. Can someone please direct me to a replacement I can buy? Maybe this isn’t the right wiper arm for my year? It seems I need a blade with the pin attached to the blade directly. I would like an OEM Porsche blade if possible. Thanks!

Bosch Microedge 40719A. It comes with a pin that adapts to this. Yes, your existing blade is 20 inches, but the Bosch 20 inch blade does not come with the pin. Switch back on the next replacement, or buy two for your front and a 20 for the rear and have a spare pin.

It looks like Anco 4808 Side Lock Adapter may do the trick. Just ordered one so we will see.
The part appear to be NLA or limited availability so do a search. Not on rockauto unfortunately.

You can swipe out the old rubber part on your old blade and replace it with the parts from a new one.
You need a thin narrow, flat plier. Your old blade, and a new one.
(Maybe a steelbrush and a some spraypaint to refresh the knucklearm if you want to).
Buy a new wiper whit the same rubber profile! If uncertain? Just compare your old wiper/rubber whit the new one in the store where you buy the new wiper. Buy the same lenght or a longer one.
Bend out the little hooks from that holds the rubber in just the "one end of the blade", bend out like 2-3mm. When unhooked, pull out the rubber and the steelblades that follows the rubber, pull lenghtwise.
Keep the thin steelblades that outlines the rubber.
Unhook the new rubber from your new blade. Same procedure. The rubber part can even be from a longer wiper, just cut it to same lenght, be sure to keep the right end where the hooks go in.
Reassembly your old wiper with new rubber and the old steelblades, or the new ones if the are same the same lenght. Gently pry back the hooks.
Make sure the blade slides freely on all "knuckles" of the blade accept the end where the hooks are.
Good luck

But my much older rear wiper has a wide insert that don't seem to be carried stores, so they don't work with the blade currently on my car.
The Bosch 40917A (blade and insert) does fit perfect with the supplied pin and adapter. Found them at Napa.
