Operator, not a stupit question at all. This current build will be at the same price of $374.50 as the last. That includes a spare set of 90/100 bulbs and the shipping in lower 48 USA.

But the prices are going to go up after this. I've got one supplier telling me about 60 to 100% increases. Now that isn't going to impact my price by 60 or 100% as these parts are are only a portion, but I would sure like to talk to Allan Greenspam about the lack of future inflation.

And you live in CT. Lots of heavy surcharges are being added to home deliveries out in your neck of the woods. Like $4.50 extra over normal areas.

Anyway, $374.50 for this go around in lower 48 USA.

The next step is the wiring harness, voltage regulator and some bad boy 90/100 watt Phillips/Narva H4 bulbs. Then you will be in the Big Leagues. Try out the good lenses and top 55/60 watt bulbs first. The lenses you keep for the next step.
damn you ice shark, you're a used cars salesman at heart... must resist buying more...

get your mind out of the gutter.

You also need some help, I'd suggest Russian Roulette with an automatic.

WOW! I meant to ask around at 944fest to see if anyone had any of those to see them in person. Those are insane, you don't realize how crappy the stock lights are until you see that second pic. I definitely need new lights. hmm...money...

pearldrum944,

and the Cibie lenses are going to be very hard to come by between now and fall. I'll probably restrict my inventory to gals and guys that are getting the FullBoat package.

Guys that were in on the first build way back when, will tell you how long that took to pull off. It was damn near 6 months. I had deposits but no lenses to send with the wiring harness, voltage regulator and bulbs. I thought I might have a mob at my door any night! But what could I do, short of flying over to France with a big gun?

Anyway, it all worked out in the end and I didn't get hung because I kept people informed. There must be some truth that misery loves company.

Maybe, I'll sell another 30 full packages and stop. Then that is that.

I sort of like kicking back on a beach or out diving.

It looks like I will not be needing my set of lenses that I bought 2 months ago as the car I am buying has already been updated with Iceshark's kit. if anyone is interested let me know.

David, I don't know whether to laugh or cry on these posts. I don't care if you guys sell this between you. I will vouch when the headlights were sold and such. Just have the guy contact me.

Dan, my feeling is that if the guy wants them fine if not then fine. The box has been sitting at my house since it arrived and has not even been opened yet. As you know I was going to put them on my N/A but if everything goes as planned I will be purchasing an 88 951 that already has the lights installed.
Take care

David, All I was saying was that I don't care if people sell them later in the aftermarket. But I keep getting these questions. I can say who I sold them to and all. What shape they are in after they left my hot little hands is up to the seller and buyer.

So sell them! They are going to be in short supply in North America until September, at the soonest. And December wouldn't be out of the question on new supplies.
