Soak them with some PB Blaster and then use a hammer and tap them out.
That should do it.

Would it be easier to remove the caliper and take them out of the dismounted caliper? I took mine out this way but my purpose was to rebuild the caliper anyway. The caliper is likely to be held on with two 17mm bolts, then you need a 11mm line wrench to disconnect the line (perhaps larger, check first). Then you can use a glove finger and rubber band to close the end of the brake line to prevent leakage. The pads may be tight on the rotor, I used a rubber mallet to pound them off.

If the pins are rusted (and you ARE from NY) PBblaster will work a lot better than wd40.

WD40 is only useful for its designed purpose, displacing water. For breaking stuff free, PB Blaster is far superior.

Did you tap them from the back with a hammer?

Take the calipers off and pop them out from the front!

I know how you feel - mine were hard to remove too. I did two things:
1) took a small file and removed rust and material imperfections from the end of the pins (the end with a hole). Make sure the metal grinds don't get inside the caliper.
2) removed the pins using a long C-clamp: did it with the calipers still mounted to prevent the assembly from "sqeezing", and put a large nut on top of the head of the pin to provide room (inside the nut) where the pin is to retract (it's hard to explain well). This let me move the pin about 4 mm. It was not very tight at that point, and I finished using locking pliers (twisting/pulling).
