I'm going to try running with Wilson's original n/a rad. The rad mounting framework was built around the Wizard turbo rad which is bigger if need be. I just got the vibe that the Wizard is a racing rad... and oem might prove better as an endurance/traveling/d.d. rad. This is just a feeling I have about the tank materials and design. The day it overheats, it's outta there.

So as you can see, the factory intercooler is interfering with the hood locking system. One benefit of this locking system is that others can put out the fire. One benefit of the vents is incase you dont properly latch your hood, you can see through the hood a bit.

Final decision made, 3 bumper rivets drilled out and these old skool lamps mounted in the nose cut out. Later I'll make a pod cover like the Lancia O37 has.

Slow going this week. Test drove a 330i RWD and it made me question why I continue to grind it out on this project, because the BMW felt great and not less than the older Porsche. But of course I keep hoping it's worth it.

Managed to get this delicious S2 trans back from my friend for what he paid me for it. He has a very clean S.
