Just hit 100k! All those zeros look cleaner than 99,999...not sure if I'm happy, or sad that my car isn't "low milage".
Either way, it's much tighter than my 3 year old Taurus! The Koni Yellows soak up bumps with authority, and the steering and brakes are killer. Still have the original rubber-centered clutch...could be hanging on a thread, but so far, seems fine. My car had a full 90k service (belts, rollers, water pump) before I got it @ 98k, so I have another 15-20k before that expense pops up. Should be 10 more years the way I drive it (kidding)!
Just wanted to mention my over-100k status!

I guess it's all relative! It IS low milage...just has many years of low milage!
Now 200k...THAT's some milage! Like I always say, these cars are like airplanes...they get old, but with constant maintenance, stay flight-ready!

MY S2 just turned 159k last week...you could never tellt he car's age by how it looks or how it drives..the engine is as tight as the day it rolled off the showroom floor without ever being rebuilt or anything yet. It does need a front reseal job..I'll get to that in the next couple weeks.

Hit 100,000 a couple months ago, now at 101,600. Did a bunch of service items so hope it hangs in there....Clutch went at 101,588... engine still tight as a tic...

Andy, 100k after 15 years is 6,667 miles per year, which I think most people would consider 'low mileage.'
Don't worry so much!! Now bring it out to this Sunday's autocross!!
