You will need an inlet air temp sensor you will want to mount it in the charge pipe close to the throttle plate but behind the recir//blow off valve. Also, don't mount the O2 sensor where the stock one is it won't last long it needs to be mounted 12in after the turbo.
I kept my AFM but, I drilled a hole in the bottom so I could insert a screw to keep the door wide open all the time. I am on the lookout for an AFM with a slightly larger outlet
Also, you are going to need a NA or an S/ S2 bell housing because the turbo starter ring is a little bit larger than the NA so it won't engage the starter if you use the turbo bell housing with the S2 clutch Assy/ Starter ring.

Ok I have a generic Porsche VW intake temp sensor, can I use the speed/ reference sensor already in the car? also other than taping in new sensors is it mainly plug and play?

So the S2 uses a ballast resistor in the power wire to the injector there is only one injector wire on the S2 harness pin 16 or 17 I ran another wire so I can batch fire them in pairs1,4 and 2,3 I used tank purge wire to run the boost control valve which would be injector D if you were running full sequential. not sure which plug you have in your car but my 86 had a red plug close to the DME with 2 wires that ran the tach and the MPG gage if you have that plug you will have to pull the wires from the 8 pin plug and add spade terminals to at least get the tach to work you won't have a boost gauge if have the black 8 pin they should just plugin but you still won't have Boost gauge
The stock tune that comes in the box will start the car but it's for a NA car
notice you are running a supercharger so you shouldn't need the AFM anymore. I kept mine since I am using the stock airbox

Talking Update

Since I last posted these are the parts I've ordered:
S2 flywheel
s2 bell housing
s2 harness
AEM afr gauge
new oxy sensor
clutch pilot and release bearing (What clutch should I get for under 500 dollars?)
S2 megasquirt
GM 3 bar MAF sensor
GM intake temp sensor
what else will I need and again what clutch should I get?
I found someone with a lift I can use and should be checking it out this week!
Thanks again for the help and support!

Yes or a stock 944 I would use the new type clutch with the springs instead of the rubber centered one.

Currently running a s2 flywheel with a stock na disk and pressure plate using a na bellhousing bolted to a 88 turbo motor in my 86 na
