Default Sunroof inner liner replecament

My original sunroof panel was damaged. I got a used replacement. I need to transfer over the inner liner and panel. I removed the old one from the donor roof. Talk about a ton of glue. I got it out but not without a fight.

And now I need to remove the nice one from my original damaged sunroof. Any suggestions? i have solvent for the glue but there is a ton of it. I might buy a new one but they are $400.

Thanks

Why not just take the inner panel off as a unit and put that on the good sunroof?

That is the plan. I'm looking for suggestions on how to make that happen without destroying it. Thx

Jeff - please take and post pictures of the separate sunroof components. And if you can, please weigh them. I always wanted to know if the weight was significant enough to be worth removing. Thanks
