Default If you've gutted your interior: What to do about the rear seat latch bolt locators?

The ones that float in the C pillar and to which the latch bolts (two, one on each C pillar that keep the rear seat back in the upright position) attach? I haven't removed the trim panels yet, but from the looks of it, the locators seem to be in the pillars themselves with no obvious way to extract them. They rattle around like loose change.

just put a bolt back in the threaded holes and snug it down; it wont move anymore.
it is really an annoying sound when they are loose.

I did a bead of silicone sealer to secure the insert from rattling.

Made an alu washer. Then put a bolt in it... yea car sounded like a bucket of bolts before I did that
