I almost made the same trade no too long ago, great choice. I know plenty of mod sites, will post them soon.

yeah i pretty much had to make the swap from 944 to wrx because i now live in colorado and go to the mountains a lot. as many people may remember, i also tried to mod the hell out of my 944 and most of it backfired on me, so now after i've wised up a bit i did mods to my wrx that were all of top quality. its all about living and learning right? the wrx now makes about 310 hp and 310 tq.

If only we could take a 944 body and put it on the WRX's drivetrain. Mmmmmm!

A friend of mine has one, doesn't look sexy but it's fun to drive. I find myself dreaming of an STi nowadays

danile951: i didnt see the get together ya'll are having. info please?

silverbullet951: the 310/310 is at the flywheel, so it loses a decent amount to the wheels, but its still better than 227/217 stock flywheel.

campeck: the twisty roads up into the mountains are fun, but Steamboat has an ice racing course that i've rented out twice and took my car on. that is amazingly fun

i think its the same course. just outside of town a little ways. they actually have to courses, each one like 1 or 1.5 miles long. its a great deal. 70 bucks per half hour gets you the track to yourself. definately the best way to learn about your car's limits, especially in snow, not to mention its just damn fun to spin cars sideways all day long
