SFR has moved and have a new phone number, is that the number you are calling ?
I don't think you have to worry, Tim is an honest guy.
Do a search under "TurboTim" the new number was posted
Here you go.
"Speed Force Racing has recently moved into a bigger location. Our new address is:
10149 Prospect Ave.
Santee,Ca 92071
Our new phone number is 619-328-4012"

2 weeks is not enough time to get worried. Give him a call tomorrow during business hours, or send him an email. While you may not like it, it is not unusual for companies to charge a credit card at the time of order.
I don't think SFR will skip out of town with your money (unlike a few other vendors of the past).

If its the same SFR short throw shifter, its a POS. Call and cancel the order. All it is, is a stock shifter, with 2 inches cut out. You can take your shifter, and for 30 minutes work, do it yourself. Or, take it to a machine shop and let them do it for $10 bucks!

Yes...definitely check out http://www.speedforceracing.com and go into the Contact Us page and you can find Tim's direct number there or look in my posting for the SFR group buy and you'll find it there. They had a BIG order that they were working on when we started this group buy, so if your order came in after that one, give them a bit a of time to have someone make and send it out to you.
Definitely give him a quick call and check on it. They have been super busy taking orders on this group buy too

I have found email works the best when they are busy. I have bought a significant amount of stuff from Tim and some has taken longer then expected, but I always have received what I ordered. Be patient.

directly off speedforce's website:
"This kit utilizes a brand new factory shift lever (comes with new bushing too) which has been modified by us. It reduces the throw by 40%. It also lowers the shift **** height by one inch."
while a local welder shop might cut your shifter and weld a new piece on they certainly wont charge you only $10... you claim it to be 30 minutes worth of work, at my shop's labor rate of $86/hr that would mean it is a $43 modification.... lets pretend they charge you $25 to be fair - you still arent getting the new shift lever and bushing that tim provides you with so call a dealer and order those... now we are definately over $10
no need to tell people to cancel orders or call someone's product a POS just because its not what you wanted.

I paid around NZD15 circa USD10 have mine done IIRC... I took it out myself, so it took about 45mins in and out. I dont think in the history or Porsche a metal shift lever would have failed! You just dont need a new one... there is most of the expense. It is just handly to not be without your car for a while. I did this mod when my top end was being done, so it did not matter.
