My 1991 GT clutch pedal travel is about 2 inches at best before it hits the floor/bottom of the footwell. I'm a newbie to 928s. I feel like the total clutch pedal travel was much longer than 2'' when I first got the car. My other manual clutch pedal is at least 4'' or more. Can anyone help? Are 928 clutch pedal travel short? like 2 inches? And/or is there something I should adjust for more clutch pedal travel?

@ClassiCarBuyer : This should be moved to the 928 forum for more on-point answers but even here in 944-land I can tell you that 2" of clutch pedal travel is incorrect. I'm sort of surprised that you're getting the throwout bearing to work with that little movement.

Good luck
