As the name suggests, we will be meeting at the Palisades State Park on Henry Hudson Drive just north of the GW Bridge on the NJ side of the river.

The entrance into the park is via East Palisades Avenue as it passes under the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
This is the entrance sign:

ARRIVE WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS and bring an FRS Radio Tuned to Channel 7 Sub 0

9:00AM Sharp!!
We will depart the park and proceed up the Palisades Parkway into New York State.

We will follow the PP to the end and across the Bear Mountain Bridge

If you are interested in some good Castle pictures, bring a pair of hiking shoes because you will need to take a 5 minute walk that can be a little rocky and muddy. (Hani (03C4S) did the walk so ask him if you have questions about this aspect). The Bannerman Castle can be viewed from that location. This is it:

Alright ladies and gentlemen, this is the first big meet of the 2004 season and boy do we have a great time planned for you all!!
?!?!? Whose big meet??? There's a Rennlist gathering this weekend on LI, wouldn't that count as a first big meet for 2004?

April 1,2 is Lime Rock I with NNJR: I most likely will be a bit tired for a rally on Sunday, plus I'll need to have some down time with the Mrs.

Have a good time: the roads around Bear Mountain and along the Hudson ROCK!

-Z-man.

Winslow,
Was that the one that went to Lake Nockamixon and the Triumph Brewery? If so, I organized that one as well. Actually, Tony from PES may be riding shotgun with me. Glad to hear you will be there!! You do need to contact Michele since we need a headcount. Spread the word!

I would love to attend. However must be in princeton around 4 or 5. I guess I could be there for the palisades drive though, I have allways loved the Bear mountain area.

Just to note; I often read here how us waterpumper owners sometimes feel a tad 'slighted' by the owners of the cars with the engines in the wrong place-but they are reaching out here, so give them props for that!
