Default Oil out of the water jacket

Couldn’t post the video so I took a screen shot of my issues. Got any advice?

I can't see a video but oil is supposed to flow in the hold in the 2nd photo

Yes, oil is coming from there because you've removed your oil cooler. Makes sense, yes?

if the water and oil are mixing and that is why you took it apart, you need a new oil cooler gasket and seal kit. Was a typical failure back then, the new seals have been drastically improved
