$120 at the PCA go-to guy here in the Triangle, Brad at Digital Chassis in Durham. However, I think that was his "pity the poor grad student" price.

He had a '73 mint-restored V12 XKE in there right after me. It was sweet.

Scott - I can align the car for you but you'd have to plan on leaving it....Unless you come on a day off work. I get to use the equipment at the local GM dealer for free....

Or if you wish, I'm sure the manager would let you pay the front end guy $50 or so on the side to do it.

If you want it very precise you have to trust someone that really cares because some of the specs will bounce around in and out of range while you're tightening so you need to overcompensate so the spec is right where you want when you're done...

I think Firestone offers a lifetime alignment (street only) for about $150. I showed them my track spec sheet and they wouldn't touch it.
Last time I got a track alignment (about 2 years ago?) I paid $110 at a pro shop that does national champ auto-xers through Grand Am cars, -cheap in my opinion.

I usually pay about $200 for 4-wheel alignment with corner-balancing. Local tire-shoppe, but the manager races with NASA so he knows his specs.

Jim, you are correct about the lifetime deal, and about using "custom" specs. If a Firestone shop does it, they will use only the specs listed from Porsche. But to that end, it will be done to your satisfaction.
