Dan is there a reason you did not paint the top trim piece on the hatch?

I will have to give that a consideration. You are right, it would probably look better.

Looks AWESOME, but with that aggressive wing, I think you'll have to replace the AIR with the more aggressive GT racing front splitter

I think the AIR splitter matches the smooth curvy shape of the RS wing much better than the simple, flat shape of the GT Racing splitter.

What would be uber cool would be a front splitter like the 993 GT2 has. (with the little wings on the sides)

First off: Dave, amazing job with the hood vents, rear wing and other mods. Your car looks incredible. Guys, Dave was nice enough a while back to give me a ride in his car, and I can honestly tell you that it is even faster than it looks (if that is possible). Great work!
Cheers

Awesome car, David. Extra credit points on originality alone. Good to see a guy doing a car truly the way HE wants it, and then having the results to back up his convictions. Good job.

David,
Where's you get the bumper? I haven't seen one without the end covers like that before.

as previously stated I think the aero mirrors would finish it off beautifully.

The bumper is from AIR (purchased recently via the rennlist group buy). It took quite a bit of modifying to get it to fit properly, btw.

Before anybody gets the bright idea of ordering parts from Van-Zweeden, why not ask about the bull**** I had to go through with them in order to get this stuff for everyone, and by the way I ordered this stuff back in November and as of today the parts that were sent broken to me have still not been replaced..Altough Van-Zweeden did send me some more broken parts to replace the original broken parts..What a mess...I know that Erich CS, Tazmann, Dan G, and David S know first hand what a mess Van-Zweeden created with this entire order...I could easily write up a 10 page essay on this entire mess, but after seeing these pics of the spoiler on Davids car it almost made it worth it.....Well almost....

Dave,

How about some pics of the inside of your car, in the back where you removed everything.

Is there a reason for the location of the hood vents ? I have been thinking for a while about installing hood vents.
