911 seats
I have an opportunity to pick up seats from a 1993 911 (964). The seats were pulled when the car had 40,000 and look to be in really nice shape. I’m trying to determine if these will bolt directly onto the 944. Does anyone know? Yes they fit but keep the 944 tracks and put them on the 911 seats? Also not sure about the seat belt receptacle on the 911 seats.
On the 944 they are part of the seat assembly but not sure that’s the case on the 911.
I tried to check this on the PET but evidently there are so many seat options and colors that there is a separate part catalog for seats (both 944 and 911). I can’t find that special seat catalog anywhere to cross reference part numbers.

From 944/1 to 944/2, believe the number of seat bolts went from 4 to 6, the bolt spacing was slightly different, and the bolt size may have increased.

I have a set of 993 Power seats in my 86.. Bolted right up and the plugs were even the same.. Power works and all! Not sure what year they came from..

964 seats should be the same style as late 944 seats. 993 seats are the same style as 1994 and up 968 seats. That's why you have to keep your late 944/late 968 sports seats because the 911 guys are looking for them too.
