Default 944 Cut Hose - Can't find how to remove it!

Hello All thank you for taking your time to read this

I have a 1985 944 Naturally Aspirated early 1 version

I have a blue braided hose that I can't find any tutorials/documentation on how to replace. From my understanding this is the blue braided clutch hose. But the pelican parts techarticle tutorial doesn't seem to ever replace that specific hose :
https://www.pelicanparts.com/techart..._clutchcyl.htm

I have a replacement for the hose, but I can't figure out how to remove the hose...

The problem is it goes into this hole into the side of the fender, and I don't know what's under there. I'm going to take off the wheel liner to see, but hoping someone might be able to point me towards something.

Does anyone know how to remove and replace that specific hose?
Below is a picture of the hose I'm referring to.

Thanks

It feeds the carbon canister. It's black, not blue. Yes, remove the wheel well liner.

I feel super dumb.
Thank you so much for clearing that up and explaining what that is.

No wonder none of the clutch tutorials explain what it is.

The blue braided hose is part of the clutch system, it fits between the reservoir and the clutch master (circled yellow below).
