Im definitely excited for it! I bought it after following this thread and reading the reviews left by the gentleman that started the thread. He provided pictures and I was sold after his review!

The lights finally came in and will be installed today! Very excited to see how the install goes and how good the fitment is!

Got the lights installed yesterday and I have to say they look amazing. Fitment is good and I had zero issues installing them. They also look great and for the price, I'm very happy! Once I get the car back up and running, I'll take it outside and get better pictures. Just took the one pic last night before I moved on to replacing the hatch seal:

Can box is completely resealed and the gasket between the cam box and the cylinder head arrived yesterday. Hoping to have that back together this week and to source one fuel injector to replace my leaking injector. Seems its leaking fuel out of the seam by the pintle.

Still haven't experienced that yet unfortunately. I installed the kit while I was waiting for parts to reseal my cam box. Took almost a month to get the parts in due to shipping delays. I will definitely report back with how they are on the open road! I'm finished with the cam box and am awaiting one fuel injector and then we will be back in business!

When replacing the cam box seals, and gasket, I figured I would use my new belt tensioning tool from Arnnworx. It worked perfectly and was very easy to use! My wife bought it for me for my birthday back in November and it was an amazing gift!

Installed the Rennbay fuel line kit yesterday and got the engine fired back up. No more oil leaks and it seems to run pretty well. Running at 3/4 on the coolant temp gauge which I don't like. Still need to get it out on the road and drive the car and keep working all of the bugs out. Trying to make the car as reliable as possible and replace everything that's commonly known to fail before it fails. Hoping to be able to put some miles on the car this spring through late fall!

Thank you for the kind words!! Currently the car is parked for the winter. Hopefully within the next month I can continue on it and get the mechanicals finished up by early summer. I'd love to be able to enjoy the car once again!

Dave, how have you enjoyed the LED dash and headlight upgrades?
And how are things on the health front? Have the doctors been able to restore any of your [previously degraded] kidney function?

Mel, I spent the summer on various other projects so I didn't drive the car much over the summer. The last time I took it out at night, I really liked the led headlights. The led dash lights made a world of difference as well. I'm making it a point to finish the mechanical portion of the car and then see what I can do for painting it. The driver's door panel literally fell apart last weekend when I got in it and started it up. I'll be on the hunt for another. 30+ year old brittle plastics I guess.
As far as my health is concerned, thank you very much for asking!! The doctors have just left it as a waiting game to see how long they will continue to function. I am not at a point where dialysis is required, though I'm nearly there. So its essentially a waiting game and in the meantime I try and control my diet and exercise. Though the latter has been tough to get into a rhythm I'll admit.

Since you're enjoying using the AW timing tool, here is an excuse to use it again if you'd like to reset the timing tensioner in the specified (counter clockwise) direction. Not visible in the photo but judging by the balance belt position it is likely the balance belt tensioner is also not tightened in the specified (clockwise) direction.

Thank you for the advice! I am setting the tension on the belts again as preventative maintenance as I like to do that after a few miles. I will recheck everything and tension both belts.
