Could be on to something there......I have the earliest version of the lower spoiler without the intermediate baffle and without the center support. I thought that I remember that these mounted on either side of the core support, but if they do, they serve no purpose on the 83 style spoiler.

Those parts look vaguely familiar..I'll have to check on my '83 when I go down to my shop. Might be day or two..Great comment by 931 guru!! ROTFL!!

Those are brackets for the fog lamp housing. Have them on my 86 NA.
