Please, what is this car worth?
I purchased this 944 along with my current 951 together a few months ago, and am going to sell the 944. I do not have a good idea of the value of these cars, and am wondering what you guys think it's worth?
What I know about the car:
1986
150k miles
Cone filter
Ceramic coated long tube headers
Test pipe
KYB Rear shocks
Ported Throttle Body
Racing Dynamics Strut bar
Europroducts Cam
Edit: I have no maintence records for it.
Here are a bunch of pics of various parts of it:

Thanks!

The value of any 944 greatly depends on the service it has received in it’s life. In my opinion (and I repeat – this is my opinion), any 944 car without service records is a parts car, especially if it appears the car has not lead a sheltered life. When I view the shots you have posted I see a car that looks OK from 15 feet, but I also see a torn interior, questionable modifications, and a ton of debris in the engine bay. As such, the value to me would be far less than to someone who didn’t know anything about 944’s. If it runs OK, then it might make a good race car project. Value $2000 to $2500 whole. If you part it out you could potentially double that amount.

Hey, I edited my post, forgot I had no records for it. The debris comes from sitting under the trees, my 951 is the same way, blows off when driven, which neither of them have been.

What year is it? Did I miss that somewhere? And mileage too???
It appears to be a $2-3K... maybe more if it were cleaned up and the year and mileage helped it, as in newer year and lower mileage.

I would say $2000-$2944 on Ebay. The problem is the lack of service history. Also the hood shocks are worn, If the previous owner wouldn't spend $24 on hood shocks did he maintain the rest of the car?

jcb, 2944? thats a funny number to choose. I paid 2750 for my 85.5 with lack of history on ebay (not the best choice, but you live and you learn)
so i would expect you could get somewhere around that.

I'm considering doing the belts, changing the hood shocks, and replacing the fuel lines, then selling it - It'd only take me an afternoon and am I right in assuming I'd more than make that money back in the added value to the car?

I disagree with that my car was in very good condition and its hood shocks were worn, I think there are more important things that need to be done and some times things like hood shocks will be put on the back burner.
