Porsch-a, what’s that ??? Have never heard it pronounced that way in Europe. It’s PorschE in Europe. My wife’s mother tongue is German and according to her it is Porsche.
I suppose it’s with A only for you Americans ! I have never heard pronounced my last name correctly in the States either

When I was in Germany they pronounced Volkswagen "wolks-vagen".
....and they pronounced BMW "bay-em-vay".
Not that we have to pronounce foreign words in the EXACT native manner...we'd sound pretty pretentious walking around saying "Pair-eee" for Paris.
The Brits pronounce Jaguar "jag-ooh-r"....and Audi "aw-dy".
And Peugeot is "Pooh-zjo".
Citroen is "SI-trwen"...with the 'trw' having a sort of "L" sound in there.
Hyundai is "Hyoon-die"....emphasis on "hyoon" and said forcefully.
Since Mercedes is a proper name, is it "mer-SAY-dees" or "MERsuh-dees" ?
FYI - on a literary note, Vladimir Nabokov is pronounced "vluh-DEE-mer nuh-BOK-ov" and his controversial novel is pronounced "luh-LEE-ta"...letting it trip off the tongue, emphasis on LEE.
There is no "correct" pronunciation...even for proper names. If a foreigner says your name with his own accent, it does not make him "wrong", it just makes him foreign.
When I was in Honduras I would introduce myself as "John", and they would hear me clearly and say "ahhh...Juan" !
I would have sounded like a jerk if I corrected them on their own accent.
