In almost every American movie i have seen, they are saying "porsch".
Where in the name of *** did you get the word Porsch ah from?
The most similar pronunce in english, of the German word, is "Porsch-eh"
Therefore i place my vote on "Porsche eh"
I pronunce "Fuchs" like, "Fubu", in a british kind of way ..

Porsche= Porsch-eh (or Porsch-uh)
Rennlist= Rennlist :-)

Porsch-e or Porsch-a. But it is definately a two-syllable name.

Why are we arguing about this? Shouldn't we be working on our winter upgrades, or at least arguing about something important, like excessive speedign?

As for Volkswagen, if their PR people tell us in America to pronounce it as Volks-Wagen, then that's how we will pronounce it. If Patrick Stewart and the rest of the people doing narration for Porsche told them to say it as Porch, then they would do it and we'd be arguing that it should be Porch.
