Who has seen Mischief Destroy...
I just watched it...they call it the player's run...In one of the scenes on the freeway you see a glimpse of a red 944 with what I believe are all red tailights....And another scene and in the photo gallery there is a crazy 996 with a GT1 body kit...The car look's awesome...! Anybody seen it....? And I wonder if that 944 belongs to someone from the list....

Oh yeah. it's also VERY Illegal to do this...so you can enter the race and if ya get pulled over, and ya tell the cop you're in the Player's run, he'll give ya the ticket...and another for racing on public streets....which is usually a license revokation.
but it's not like he'd not be able to tell from lookin at the stickers all over your car...

The 944 you are talking about was not in the rally, it was driving down the highway as I was filming in Texas. There were 5 Porsche's a 996 TT, Gt2, 911 Turbo.and 2 911 conv.

Is it sad that I got bored watching the 2 Teckademics movies and ended up fast-forwarding through more than half? There just wasn't anything to keep my attention. It was like watching a slight variation of the same 15 minutes of footage for 40 minutes.. :/
Just an opinion... I don't watch any kind of racing (just catch the highlight shows) because it puts me to sleep from boredom.

I wanna see that part where it takes 12 cops to pull over a Lamborghini Murcielago and the GT2 outrunning the helicopter in there too! sounds like a blast to do something like that.

Here's a sneak peak of the Player's Run route.
Info leaked from Ferrari chat.
Here's the short version :
Start will be in Manhattan on June 5th, from there we will go Cleveland ( overnight stay ), then via Indianapolis ( incl. track) to Chicago(overnight stop ). From Chicago the next day to Kansas City ( overnight stop ). After lapping Topeka the next morning we will make our way to Denver ( overnight stop ). The next day we will spend 7 hours driving Rocky Mountain Rollercoaster Passes ( including Rocky Mountain National Park ) and will end up in Aspen ( overnight stop ). After visiting the US's highest race track we will cruise to Vegas Baby ( overnight stop ). After one more track and special race cars we will end up with a very special party in Los Angeles on June 12th...or maybe the journey will go on ( last year's participants know what I mean ).
I hope I have everything right here ;O) This is a very exclusive rally, from the Hotels to the parties to the special events. Besides the racetracks we have so called 'special events' which we will not reveal until rally day. A clue : You will be on the ground, in the air and on the water.
The entry fee is $ 11,800 ( 1 car, 2 people ) and includes basically everything except gas...all hotels, meals, tracks, special events, parties and more. Entry is limited to 75 cars.
