Ian - I have only one comment! I will never understand the no reserve concept with a starting bid of 800 bucks. Seems to me like 800 dollars IS your reserve :>) Would love to have it but the timing isnt right.

Matt,

It costs money to list it with a reserve, so I set the starting price at 800 dollars, so yeah that will be my reserve on this auction.....

Hopefully i'll find a buyer

I am sure you will, it just makes me laugh when I see that (all the time). You see an item listed as no reserve with a starting bid of 2K, just makes me chuckle.

how much would it be to ship that sucker to Bellingham WA? And - does it use the oil cooler loop? My non-LSD tranny was an oil cooler loop. if shipping isn't too extreme I'd like to bid on it...

Rich,

I could get it out there for around 100 dollars, or at least that is what I was told by the guy I got the transmission box from.

And this one doesn't have the oil cooler loop, but if your box had the Oil cooler it would attach right up to this one.

is there a pump or something that is req'd to push fluid thru the loop? I'd imagine that merely bolting on the cooler loop won't force fluid through it.

I've tried searching [the forums] but I didn't come up with anything...

I talked to a few people about this before and all have agreed that you can swap over the oil cooler from one box to the other provided you have the full donor transmission, so its not just the oil cooler loop that gets swaped there are some other pieces you would take from your old box. I wish I had more info on this but I do not.
