- replace the denuded 'mouse fur' sunroof seal on my 28,000 mile white 944, finish detailing, and win a Concours event in '88. 32 years after it was built. And locate the original owner and learn his story on how he ordered it out with all these special options in '86 but hardly ever drove it.
- get the PDR guys to hammer out a few small depressions on my 'Sunroof delete' '84 - Ruby Red n/a ( old track smurf )
- buy new rubber for my '89 - 951. Planning on driving it to PARADE in the Ozarks and the North Shore for our local Color Tour in Oct.
- locate another 8 x 16 set of rear FUCHS in Alpine white, date coded early '86. ( Just found the 7 x 16 fronts from a longtime co-club member and friend )
Any one have these 8's available ?

Finish my 924S winter to do list of:
Repower steering with rebuilt rack and pump
New timing and balance belts, including the verification of rollers and water pump
New engine oil and filter
New power steering and AC / alternator belts
Rebuilt the noisy wiper motor
Replace thermo fan switch (again)
New plugs / rotor / ignition wires
Change transmission oil
Free the rusted hatch adjustment pin so the hatch closes better.
Check vacuum lines and replace as necessary
New fuel lines fuel rail jumper line
New AOS seals
New air filter
Change transmission oil
Then... drive it all summer!

Nordschleife Master
Timing belt/water pump
Motor mounts
Rear bearings/spacers (one of the little ones is cracked)/bent stub axle/parking brake shoes
This is the first year my 928 hasn't needed major 'winter work', so the 944 got the heated spot and is up in the air.

This year my plans are pretty mild since I want to be able to drive it more than I did this year...
I'll be sending out my S2 transaxle to be rebuilt and have an LSD installed this winter, then come spring I'll be finishing the bodywork on the fiberglass 924GTS front bumper. In the fall, I'll probably pick up a fiberglass hood and fenders and start working on a Megasquirt setup.
Next year it'll be time to start assembling parts for a 3.2L NA build.

Front stuts, wheel bearings and sway bars are about all I have left on my list to refresh now. But once that's all done, I'll start looking at the exhaust and decide what I want to do there. That, and the interior.

Picking up the new track toy: '86 951 with 968 drive and power train.
Build 4 transmissions in various configurations (DarrenD's AOS w/LSD is almost done)
Inspect and fix my street S2 transmission.
Rebuild 968 6-speed manual transmission equipped with Porsche Motorsport LSD.
Rebuild 2 AOR transmissions.

1. Timing belt/water pump job (because its obscenely overdue in regards to time, not miles - so bad I didn't drive it but once early in 2017 before I garaged it out of fear)
2. Install new clutch master/slave cylinders
3. Finish modifying and install the 968 cab rear storage cubby (that take the place of the back seat)
4. Drive it.
(#3 may swap places with #4)
